HSAJet-CU is a high resolution controller unit, and connected to our standard printers and HP printheads the HSAjet CU functions as a standalone system. The HSAjet CU can be mounted directly in the production area and demands a minimum amount of staff training.
Flexible Solution
The HSAjet CU printing solution is a very flexible printing solution for various printing demands. The HSAjet CU prints text, logos, counters, barcodes, time, dates, and has a multiple number of fonts available. The maximum number of messages to be created is 100, and with a length of 2000 mm. The HSAjet CU enables a total print height of 72 mm. The HSAjet CU can be operated via keyboard and display which are integrated parts of the printing unit. This gives you the possibility of controlling and operating the printer directly in the production area and thereby providing you with easy access.
Advanced Technology
The HSAjet CU controls printheads using the Xaar printing technologies based on the piezo inkjet technology, as well as HP printheads based on the thermal inkjet technology. These inkjet printheads are capable of handling a wide variety of ink types, including oil-based, solvent, and UV inks. In addition, it can be used to print onto almost any surface such as porous and non-porous material, and the print resolution is extremely high when using these printing technologies. In fact, the resolution is up to 600 dpi. to printing data. The HSAjet CU has a design of stainless steel, and can easily be implemented in production areas.
The compact controller connects up to two XJ500 70mm printheads. Multiple carton side printing is possible. Each printhead printing unique graphics and realtime variable data.
