Q What is the delivery time on our inks and make-up? A Orders placed before 14:00 will be despatched and delivered by 16:00 the next working day within the UK. Please contact us for more details.
Q How does the Euromark warranty on Hitachi printers work? A Euromark offer a 12 month parts and labour warranty as standard. Extended 5 year warranties are available.
Q What about the running cost of Hitachi printers? A The Hitachi does not use an ink reservoir, it has a self cleaning head and has a very low solvent consumption rate. These combined means the Hitachi printers can cost less to run than other industrial inkjet printer.

Q Does the Hitachi coder require an external air supply? A No, the Hitachi Coder runs off an internal pump and only requires a 240V/110V power supply.
Q Does the Hitachi require any modification to change from 240V to 110V. A No, the unit detects the voltage coming through and changes automatically.
